Meet Our Host-Chris Decker
As a licensed professional engineer, Mr. Decker's expertise spans international assignments, particularly in Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. His background in the Civil Engineer Corps/SEABEEs provides invaluable insights into facilities management and acquisition, refined through extensive service in the US Navy. Additionally, Mr. Decker is an alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, holding a master’s in Engineering Management from the University of Florida, and earning his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Naval Science from the United States Naval Academy.
Mr. Decker is actively involved in philanthropy and leadership, serving in key positions such as Vice Chairman of the International Stability Operations Association (ISOA), Founding Board member and Vice President of the Navy Safe Harbor Foundation, and Director of the US Philippines Society. His multifaceted background as a military leader, entrepreneur, and philanthropist offers unique insights into stability operations and global security challenges.
